Oh Khalil, Ltd. – Net-30 Trade Credit Terms

1. Establishing a Business-to-Business (B2B) Trade Relationship

By enrolling in the Oh Khalil Ltd. Business Access Plan, you are entering into a business-to-business (B2B) trade relationship with Oh Khalil, Ltd. (“we,” “us,” “our”).
This relationship allows approved business customers to receive Net-30 trade terms—that is, payment for invoices is due within 30 days from the invoice date.
Trade terms are offered for the purpose of establishing verified business payment history with commercial credit bureaus.

2. Digital Subscription & Access

The Business Access Plan provides digital access to proprietary business-development resources, templates, and strategy materials.
All content is delivered electronically through OhKhalil.com or by email within 24 hours of enrollment.
Each monthly subscription invoice represents one trade transaction under Net-30 payment terms.

 

3. Application & Verification

To qualify for Net-30 trade terms, a business must complete the online Business Credit Application during checkout and provide valid identifying information including:

• Legal Business Name

• EIN (Federal Tax ID) and/or D-U-N-S Number

• Business Address and Contact Information

• Authorized Representative Name and Title

All applications are subject to business verification.
Verification may include confirmation of business registration, EIN, and matching contact information.

 

4. Initial Payment & Enrollment Fee

At checkout, applicants pay a $40 one-time enrollment fee and the first month’s $49 subscription fee.
The enrollment fee covers account setup, verification, and administrative processing, and is non-refundable.
If an application cannot be approved because the business information cannot be verified or is found to be fraudulent, the $49 first-month payment will be refunded; the $40 enrollment fee is non-refundable.

 

5. Invoicing & Payment Terms

For approved accounts:

• An invoice will be generated with a payment due date 30 days from the invoice date.

• Payments must be made in full by the due date to maintain active trade status.

• Partial payments or late payments may result in suspension of Net-30 eligibility.

• A 5 percent late fee may apply to any invoice not paid within 30 days.

 

6. Trade-Credit Reporting

We share our payment data—both positive and negative payment history—with major business credit-reporting agencies such as Dun & Bradstreet, Equifax Business, and/or Experian Commercial, following successful verification and first paid invoice.
Reporting frequency and bureau participation may vary.
On-time payments help build a positive business credit record.
Late or missed payments may be reported as delinquent trade experiences.

 

7. Ongoing Access & Account Status

To remain in good standing and continue receiving Net-30 eligibility:

• Accounts must maintain at least one paid invoice every 90 days.

• Failure to maintain active status may result in suspension of access or trade reporting.

• Subscription access renews monthly at $49 per month until canceled.

 

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
No prorated refunds are issued for partial months or unused digital access.
Refunds are only provided as outlined in Section 4 (Initial Payment & Enrollment Fee).

 

9. Authorization & Consent

By completing checkout, you acknowledge and authorize Oh Khalil, Ltd. to:

• Verify your business information for the purpose of establishing a trade relationship;

• Furnish trade-payment data (both positive and negative) to commercial credit bureaus;

• Contact you for business verification or compliance reasons.

You further agree that each monthly invoice constitutes a trade transaction under Net-30 terms, not a revolving credit account.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

Oh Khalil, Ltd. is not responsible for decisions made by third-party credit bureaus, lenders, or financial institutions based on trade data reported.
Reporting schedules and bureau participation are subject to change without notice.
