Shipping & Returns
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy, and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will complete the available products and contact you about whether you would prefer to wait to restock the back-ordered item or if you would prefer us to process a refund.
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and handling.
Standard shipping is 2-8 business days
We currently do not offer International shipping.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Shipping payment will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Friends@ohkhalil.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and they will be required to arrange their own shipping. Customers will be required to pre-pay for the return shipping.
Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect OH KHALIL, ltd. to process your warranty claim within 7 days. Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your original payment method
(b) a refund credit for store purchases
(c) a replacement item will be sent to you (if stock is available)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method if the return was approved and shipped by the 7th day. Please remember it can take 7-15 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
